More on Tiered Pricing
Here is a pretty good article on TW's new pricing scheme. The idea that it's the new DRM is a little bit of a stretch but the other stuff in it is pretty good. Take a look.
Totally agree, it sucks, we paid to have services then we have to keep an eye on capping else service might be terminated and we might have to pay for more internet.
